At Core Care Solutions, we provide practical day to day support that helps you live well at home and stay connected in the community. We listen first, set clear goals with you, and deliver the right help at the right time.

Who we can support

We work with:

• Self managed NDIS participants

• Plan managed NDIS participants

We are not NDIS registered yet, so NDIA managed participants will need a registered provider. We will update you when our status changes.

What we help with

• Daily living support, personal care, and meal preparation

• Community access, social support, and appointments

• Transport to activities, work, or study

• Household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal planning

• Skill building for independence, budgeting, and routines

• Coordination of day to day supports with your consent

High intensity and nursing supports are available only where it is safe, within staff scope, and covered by our insurance.

How it works

1. Intro call
   We learn about your goals, preferences, and funding.

2. Service Agreement
   We confirm supports, pricing, and schedule in writing.

3. Matching
   We match you with consistent workers who fit your needs.

4. Start of services
   We agree on shift times, communication, and check ins.

5. Review
   We track outcomes and adjust your plan as needed.

Pricing

For plan managed participants we use current NDIS price limits. Self managed participants can set different rates by consent. We explain all costs before you start.

Travel and cancellations

Where the NDIS rules allow, we may claim worker travel time and kilometres. Short notice cancellations may be billed as per the NDIS policy. Tell us early if you need to change a shift.

Quality and safety

All workers hold the required screening, checks, and training. We follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, keep clear records, and respect your privacy. In an emergency call 000.
